AeroVironment surged 20.58%. The company delivered a Q4 beat with adjusted EPS of $1.84 and revenue of $641.6 million topping estimates, and noted a $1.2 billion funded backlog.
Rocket Lab USA, Inc. climbed over 1%. It agreed to buy Iridium Communications in a roughly $8 billion cash-and-stock deal, supported by a $3.6 billion 364-day bridge loan.
Redwire Corp. advanced more than 1%.
Applied Materials advanced 1%. The stock extended gains after a prior-session rally to a 52-week high.
SUPER MICRO COMPUTER INC (SMCI) rose 0.82%. The move followed Bloomberg reports that authorities in Taiwan raided company sites on Monday.
