Prosperity Group International Limited (formerly known as Kingbo Strike Limited, Stock Code: 1421) announced its annual results for the year ended 30 June 2025, revealing total revenue of approximately HK$142.9 million, an 11.1% drop from HK$160.7 million in the previous financial year. Loss attributable to owners stood at around HK$21.8 million, improving from the HK$47.3 million loss reported last year.

The solar power segment recorded revenue of about HK$52.6 million, compared with HK$61.9 million previously. Its electrical distribution system business posted HK$88.7 million in revenue, a decrease from HK$98.9 million. The Group also booked HK$1.6 million from its newly launched beauty and health business segment. Despite lower revenue, the overall gross profit margin rose from 3.7% to 6.8%, helped by a general increase in pricing.

Administrative expenses decreased to HK$21.7 million from HK$26.7 million in the prior year, while expected credit loss recognition in respect of financial assets at amortised cost dropped substantially to HK$5.1 million from HK$20.3 million. The gearing ratio climbed to 0.49 from 0.27, attributed to the increase in borrowings.

Management emphasized ongoing confidence in the Mainland China market and indicated that the Group will continue to pursue projects with stable returns and high growth potential, including new technology opportunities in the solar power and electrical distribution sectors, as well as in beauty and health, to strengthen shareholder value.
