On 24 April 2026, Meituan announced that both the English and Chinese versions of its 2025 Annual Report and 2025 Environmental, Social and Governance Report have been published on the company website (about.meituan.com) and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s website (hkexnews.hk).

Non-registered shareholders facing difficulties in accessing the electronic files may obtain printed copies free of charge by emailing meituan.ecom@computershare.com.hk or writing to the Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, at 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong.

Shareholders preferring to receive future corporate communication notifications by email should provide an email address to their respective banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited. Those who still wish to receive hard-copy documents can indicate this preference on the reply form enclosed with the notification letter and return it using the pre-paid mailing label.
