On 6 May 2026 Mabwell (Shanghai) Bioscience Co., Ltd. announced that all future corporate communications—including annual and interim reports, circulars, meeting notices and proxy forms—will be disseminated exclusively through the company’s website (www.mabwell.com) and the HKEX news portal (www.hkexnews.hk) in accordance with Rule 2.07A of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rules. Printed copies will be supplied only upon request.

Non-registered shareholders preferring hard-copy documents must submit a completed request form to Tricor Investor Services Limited, 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, or email 2493-ecom@vistra.com. Each request remains effective until the final day of Mabwell’s next financial year unless earlier revoked or superseded.
