Concord New Energy Group delays circular for major transaction

Concord New Energy Group Limited (SEG) said on Feb, 25 2026 that it will postpone the despatch of a shareholder circular related to its previously announced PC Agreement, which constitutes a major transaction.

The circular, originally slated for release on or before Feb, 25 2026, is now expected to be sent to shareholders on or before Mar, 25 2026 to allow additional time for finalising information.

The board continues to be led by Chairman Liu Shunxing, with Vice Chairperson Liu Jianhong, Chief Executive Officer Niu Wenhui, and other executive, non-executive and independent non-executive directors.
