China Everbright Water Limited (Everbright Water) will distribute the annual coupon on its 2023 First Tranche Medium-Term Notes (MTNs) and redeem resold notes on 17 April 2026, or the next working day if that date is a statutory holiday in mainland China.

The MTNs, issued on 13–14 April 2023 with a total principal of RMB1.00 billion, carry a 3.20 % simple annual interest rate. The upcoming payment covers the period from 17 April 2025 to 16 April 2026.

Noteholders who exercised the March–April 2026 resale option will receive both: 1) the accrued coupon for the stated interest period, and 2) full principal redemption at face value.

Everbright Water will transfer the required funds to Shanghai Clearing House within the prescribed timeframe, after which the clearing house will remit proceeds to investors’ designated bank accounts on the payment date. Investors that have changed remittance instructions must notify Shanghai Clearing House before 17 April 2026 to avoid settlement delays.
