Following the sales, Mrs. Aydinlar’s direct holding remains at 7,000,000 ordinary shares, representing 0.079 % of issued shares. Her indirect/deemed interest stands at 509,273,473 shares, or 5.764 %. In aggregate, she now controls 516,273,473 ordinary shares in IHH Healthcare Berhad.
