Top Glove Corporation Bhd announced that substantial shareholder Puan Sri Tong Siew Bee increased her indirect interest in the company after 2,000,000 ordinary shares were acquired by her brother-in-law Lim Hooi Sin on Jan, 26 2026.

Following the transaction, Tong’s indirect holding rose to 2,999,847,828 shares, representing 37.414% of Top Glove’s issued share capital, while her direct stake remained at 17,562,876 shares (0.219%). Collectively, she now controls 3,017,410,704 shares. The notice was received by the company on Jan, 27 2026.
