Scholar Education Group reported that the trustee of its share award scheme purchased 0.20 million shares on 22 April 2026. The buy represents approximately 0.03 % of the company’s issued share capital.

The shares were acquired at an average price of HK$1.72 each, for a total consideration of HK$0.34 million, excluding transaction costs.

Following the transaction, the trustee holds 9.10 million shares, equivalent to 1.35 % of Scholar Education’s outstanding shares.

The board reiterated that the current market price does not reflect the company’s intrinsic value and views the repurchase as an opportunity to reserve shares for future awards under the scheme. Management will continue to monitor market conditions and may instruct further purchases in line with the scheme’s objectives.
