Fujian Forecam Optics Co.,Ltd. (688010.SH) has announced plans to channel 80.3536 million yuan and 30 million yuan of its remaining raised funds, respectively, into the construction of a multi-domain precision optical element industrialization project and a spaceborne high-performance optical lens R&D project, with the goal of boosting the efficiency of capital utilization.

The precision optical component initiative involves the procurement of production equipment, along with the development of supporting facilities and site renovations, to manufacture items such as molded lenses, spherical and aspherical lenses, and flat optics. This project is scheduled for a 12-month construction period.

The spaceborne lens R&D project, with a 24-month timeline, is designed to drive systematic technological development that extends from individual components to complete payloads, further enhancing the value derived from the company's technical capabilities.
