Shenzhen Salubris Pharmaceuticals Co., Ltd. has announced that it is actively advancing its plans to issue overseas-listed shares (H-shares) and pursue a main board listing on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.

As part of this process and in line with the requirements of the Hong Kong exchange, the company submitted an updated listing application on September 3, 2026, and simultaneously published the revised application documents on the HKEX website.
