Redco Healthy Living Company Limited has disclosed that Mr. Chow Ming Sang will step down as Independent Non-Executive Director and chairman of the Audit Committee, effective 31 July 2026. The departure is attributed to other personal work commitments.

Mr. Chow confirmed he has no disagreement with the company, and no matters related to his resignation require attention from shareholders or the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

The Board expressed appreciation for Mr. Chow’s contributions and intends to appoint a new independent non-executive director on the effective date to ensure ongoing compliance with the Listing Rules. A separate announcement detailing the new appointment will be published on or before 31 July 2026.

As at 13 July 2026, the Board comprises three executive directors (Tang Chengyong, Wong Yin Man, Huang Yanqi), one non-executive director (Huang Ruoqing), and three independent non-executive directors (Lau Yu Leung, Sze Irons, and Chow Ming Sang).
