CTF Services Limited (stock code: 00659) reported that, as of 31 October 2025, the authorized share capital stood at 6,000,000,000 ordinary shares at HKD 1 par value each, remaining unchanged from the preceding month.

The total number of issued shares rose from 4,033,639,659 to 4,054,500,151, an increase of 20,860,492 shares. According to the announcement, this increase primarily resulted from the partial conversion of the 2.80% convertible bonds due 2027, reducing the bond balance from HKD 790,000,000 to HKD 630,000,000.

Regarding share options, 98,057,871 options were outstanding at the close of the preceding month. After 358,196 lapsed, 97,699,675 options remained outstanding. No new shares were issued under the share option scheme during October 2025.
