GCL Technology Holdings Limited disclosed that it bought back 10.00 million ordinary shares on 21 July 2026 via on-market transactions at HKD 0.57 per share, for a total consideration of HKD 5.70 million.

The repurchase reduced the company’s outstanding share count (excluding treasury shares) by 0.03 % to 32.17 billion, while lifting treasury shares to 1.05 billion. The total issued share capital remains unchanged at 33.22 billion shares.

This purchase forms part of the repurchase mandate approved on 29 May 2026, which authorises GCL Tech to buy back up to 3.32 billion shares. Cumulative repurchases under the mandate now stand at 1.05 billion shares, equivalent to 3.16 % of the company’s issued shares at the time the mandate was granted, leaving capacity for a further 2.27 billion shares.

In line with Hong Kong Stock Exchange rules, GCL Tech is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 20 August 2026.

The board has confirmed that all regulatory and procedural requirements for the repurchase were met, and that the acquired shares are being held as treasury stock.
