JetBlue Teams Up with New York's Top Restaurants to Launch a New Mint Menu

JetBlue Airways has announced a new partnership with two renowned New York City restaurants, Crown Shy and Birdee, to introduce a fresh seasonal menu for its premium Mint cabin. The new menu is now available on all JetBlue Mint routes.

Crown Shy, a Michelin-starred restaurant located in New York's Financial District, is celebrated for its creative contemporary American cuisine. Led by a chef who previously worked at acclaimed establishments like Eleven Madison Park, the restaurant earned its Michelin recognition shortly after opening, establishing itself as a highly sought-after dining destination in the city. Regarding the other partner, "Birdee," there is some ambiguity in public information—some sources point to a European fintech investment platform rather than a dining brand, while the name could also refer to a different food concept.

This new menu is part of JetBlue's ongoing effort to enhance its premium cabin experience. The JetBlue Airways Mint cabin features lie-flat seats, carefully curated dining, and upgraded services, operating on major transcontinental and international routes. In the 2026 J.D. Power North America Airline Satisfaction Study, Mint earned the highest satisfaction rating in the first/business class segment for the second consecutive year.

The launch of the new menu comes as JetBlue focuses on improving profitability through its JetForward transformation plan, which aims to boost product appeal and operational efficiency.
