On the morning of November 15, the opening ceremony of the Pujiang Chinese Painting and Calligraphy Art Week and the "Ten Thousand Years of Pujiang—2025 Chinese Painting Exhibition" was held at the Pujiang Xianhua Cultural Park Painting and Calligraphy Exhibition Center in Jinhua, Zhejiang. Li Binfeng, Member of the Jinhua Municipal Party Committee Standing Committee and Head of the Publicity Department, delivered a speech. This announcement confirms that Li Binfeng, previously Vice Mayor of Jinhua, has assumed the new role of Member of the Jinhua Municipal Party Committee Standing Committee and Head of the Publicity Department.

According to publicly available records, Li Binfeng was born in August 1976 in Yiwu, Zhejiang. He joined the Communist Party of China in November 1999 and began his career in August 1996. He holds a postgraduate degree from the Provincial Party School. Li has long served in Jinhua, holding positions such as Member and Discipline Inspection Working Committee Secretary of the Jinhua Municipal Directly Affiliated Organs Working Committee, Deputy Director of the Jinhua Municipal Government Office, Member of the Pujiang County Party Committee Standing Committee and Head of the Organization Department, Deputy Secretary of the Pan’an County Party Committee and Secretary of the Political and Legal Affairs Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Jinhua Economic and Technological Development Zone Party Working Committee and Director of the Management Committee, as well as Party Secretary and Director of the Jinhua Natural Resources and Planning Bureau. He was promoted to Vice Mayor of Jinhua in April 2022 before assuming his current position.

Chen Hao, the former Member of the Jinhua Municipal Party Committee Standing Committee and Head of the Publicity Department, was recently transferred to serve as Member of the Jinhua Municipal Party Committee Standing Committee and Head of the Organization Department. Born in October 1974 in Qingtian, Zhejiang, Chen holds a postgraduate degree from the Provincial Party School. His previous roles include Member of the Lishui Longquan Municipal Party Committee Standing Committee and Vice Mayor, Secretary of the Communist Youth League Lishui Municipal Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Songyang County Party Committee (retaining department-level rank) and Secretary of the Political and Legal Affairs Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Lishui Liandu District Party Committee and District Head, Deputy Secretary of the Shaoxing Keqiao District Party Committee and District Head, and Secretary of the Keqiao District Party Committee. He was appointed as Member of the Jinhua Municipal Party Committee Standing Committee and Head of the Publicity Department in February of this year.
