Mech-Mind Robotics (09615) is set to launch its Hong Kong public offering during the period from August 24, 2026, to August 27, 2026, with plans to globally distribute 23.1406 million H-shares. Of this total, approximately 5% is earmarked for the Hong Kong public offering, while the remaining 95% is allocated to the international placement, alongside an additional over-allotment option covering 15% of the shares.

The indicative offer price per H-share ranges between HK$95.30 and HK$101.70. Trading units will be established at 30 H-shares per board lot. Subject to the listing process, the company's H-shares are anticipated to commence trading on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong at 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, September 1, 2026.

Based on a mid-point offer price of HK$98.50 per share, which represents the median of the range stated in the prospectus, cornerstone investors—including those subscribing through the QDII channel—are expected to acquire an aggregate of 14.8175 million offered shares. This figure corresponds to approximately 64.03% of the H-shares offered under the global offering, assuming the over-allotment option is not exercised. Additionally, it constitutes roughly 11.85% of the group's total issued share capital immediately following the completion of the global offering, again assuming no exercise of the over-allotment option, and approximately 11.53% of the total issued share capital if the over-allotment option is fully exercised.

After deducting underwriting fees, commissions, and other estimated expenses related to the global offering, and assuming the over-allotment option remains unexercised, the company estimates it will receive net proceeds of approximately HK$2.129 billion, based on the mid-point offer price of HK$98.50 per share.

In line with the group's strategic objectives, the net proceeds from the global offering are planned to be allocated across five key areas. Approximately 31.8% of the funds will be directed toward research and development activities for the company's products and technologies. Around 25.2% is slated for enriching the product portfolio and broadening application scenarios. Furthermore, about 29.4% will be utilized to expand the group's global footprint and accelerate its commercialization efforts. An additional 5.0% is designated for enhancing production capacity and improving operational efficiency, while the remaining 8.6% will be reserved for working capital and general corporate purposes.
