PCCW Limited (00008) has announced that, effective February 10, 2026, Mr. Feng Lanxiao will join the Board as a Non-Executive Director and become a member of the Remuneration Committee. Mr. Feng, aged 46, is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of China Unicom Global Limited and Dean of China Unicom (Hong Kong) Innovation Research Institute Limited. He brings extensive experience in telecommunications technologies, services, and marketing, having previously served as Deputy General Manager of China United Network Communications Co., Ltd. Beijing Branch from 2024 and subsequently as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of China Unicom Global Limited in 2025.

Mr. Feng will serve a three-year term under a rotation system and receive an annual fee of HK$256,300. He does not hold any other directorships in publicly listed companies and has disclosed no interests or relationships relevant under Hong Kong regulations.

On the same date, Ms. Meng Shusen will step down from her position as a Non-Executive Director and from the Remuneration Committee due to changes in her work arrangements. She has confirmed no disagreements with the Board. The company expresses gratitude for Ms. Meng’s contributions and extends a warm welcome to Mr. Feng as he joins the Board.
