Jutal Offshore Oil Services Limited (“the Company”) reported the final outcome of valid applications for its Rights Shares as of 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, 26 February 2026. The total number of issued shares at the Record Date stood at 2.13 billion, with a maximum of 355.55 million Rights Shares available for subscription. According to the Company, there were 22 valid acceptances covering 195.63 million Rights Shares, representing approximately 55.02% of the total offered. Consequently, 159.92 million Rights Shares, or 44.98% of the total, remained under-subscribed.

The Company stated that these undersubscribed shares will be placed to independent placees under a compensatory arrangement. Any successful placement at a premium to the subscription price will generate a Net Gain, to be distributed pro rata to eligible shareholders according to stipulated criteria. The remaining unsubscribed shares, if any, will not be issued. According to the Company’s timetable, a further announcement is planned for Thursday, 19 March 2026 to disclose the final results of the Rights Issue and the outcome of the placing process.
