China Everbright Water Limited has announced the payment schedule for its RMB 1.50 billion 2023 Second Tranche Medium-Term Notes (MTNs), issued to Chinese inter-bank market institutions on 13–14 July 2023.

The company will distribute the annual coupon on 17 July 2026 (or the next mainland working day) for interest accrued from 17 July 2025 to 16 July 2026, based on the 2.97 percent fixed rate attached to the notes.

Investors who exercised the resale option between 29 June and 3 July 2026 will simultaneously receive both the interest due and full principal redemption at par value. China Everbright Water will remit the required funds to Shanghai Clearing House, which will credit noteholders’ designated bank accounts on the settlement date.

Noteholders that have updated remittance instructions must inform Shanghai Clearing House by 17 July 2026; otherwise, the company and the clearing house will not be liable for any resultant payment delays.
