Country Garden Services Holdings Company Limited (6098) released an announcement stating that Country Garden Holdings Company Limited (CG Holdings) disclosed on 27 November 2025 the receipt of a “Decision of Administrative Regulatory Measures” from the Guangdong Securities Regulatory Bureau (Guangdong Bureau). The measures were taken against Giant Leap Construction Technology Group Co., Ltd. (Bond code: 136780), a subsidiary of CG Holdings, for non-compliance with bond disclosure requirements.

According to the announcement, the non-compliance involved Giant Leap Construction’s failure to disclose changes to its company name, its board of directors, and its supervisors in a timely manner, along with the fact that Giant Leap Construction was listed as a dishonest party and subject to enforcement and significant litigation and arbitration matters. The Guangdong Bureau issued warning letters to Giant Leap Construction, as well as to its then chairman Ms. Yang Huiyan, who also serves as chairman and non-executive director of Country Garden Services Holdings Company Limited.

The board of Country Garden Services, after inquiries with Ms. Yang and reviewing the regulatory decision, expressed the view that there is no reason to doubt her integrity or ability. Ms. Yang will continue to serve as chairman and non-executive director. The announcement adds that Ms. Yang confirmed she is not aware of any other matters requiring disclosure under relevant listing rules. Country Garden Services’ board disclosed no further impact on the company’s governance as a result of this matter.
