Firstly, Mr. Liao Xiangwen has resigned from his positions as Chairman of the Board, Executive Director, member and Chairman of the Executive Committee, and member and Chairman of the Nomination Committee due to his work arrangements. Secondly, Executive Director Mr. Wu Jianming has been appointed as Chairman of the Board, Chairman of the Executive Committee, and member and Chairman of the Nomination Committee.
