Changan Minsheng Logistics Co., Ltd. has formally replaced its English corporate name “Changan Minsheng APLL Logistics Co., Ltd.” with “Changan Minsheng Logistics Co., Ltd.” following shareholder approval at the 30 Jun 2026 annual general meeting. The company’s Chinese name and stock code remain unchanged.

The Registrar of Companies in Hong Kong issued the Certificate of Registration of Alteration of Name of Registered Non-Hong Kong Company on 6 Aug 2026, completing the procedural requirements. Mainland authorities confirmed that no new business licence is required as the change affects only the English designation.

Effective 9:00 a.m. on 27 Aug 2026, the stock short name on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange will switch from “CMA LOGISTICS” to “CM LOGISTICS,” while the Chinese short name and stock code “1292” will be maintained. All existing share certificates bearing the former English name will remain valid for trading, settlement, registration and delivery purposes; new certificates will be issued under the updated name as they are produced.

The board emphasized that the adjustments involve no alteration to shareholder rights or the company’s operations, concluding the rebranding process initiated in May 2026.
