Beauty Farm Medical and Health Industry Inc. announced that its board of directors will convene on Thursday, 27 August 2026 to consider and approve the unaudited interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2026. The agenda also includes deliberation on the declaration of an interim dividend, if any.

Upon board approval, the interim results will be released on the company’s investor-relations website (https://ir.beautyfarm.com.cn) and on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s news portal (www.hkexnews.hk).
