Bama Tea Completes HKD 2.33 Million Share Buyback, Cuts Free Float by 0.09%

Bama Tea Co., Ltd. disclosed that it repurchased 74,100 H shares on 16 September 2026 through on-exchange transactions, paying a total consideration of HKD 2.33 million. The volume-weighted average price was approximately HKD 31.46 per share, within a trading range of HKD 30.70 to HKD 32.20.

Following the transaction, the company’s outstanding share capital (excluding treasury shares) fell 0.09% from 83.96 million to 83.89 million shares. Treasury shares increased to 1.03 million, while the aggregate issued share count remained unchanged at 84.92 million.

The buyback was executed under the mandate approved by shareholders on 21 April 2026, which authorises the repurchase of up to 5.30 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now total 1.03 million shares, representing 1.95% of the share capital on the approval date. In line with Hong Kong Stock Exchange rules, Bama Tea is subject to a moratorium on new share issues or treasury-share disposals until 16 October 2026.

All repurchased shares are being held in treasury; no cancellations have been effected to date. The company confirmed that the transaction complied with all applicable listing rules and regulatory requirements.
