LAI GROUP (08455) announced that, in order to seize opportunities presented by the aging society and actively respond to the policy guidelines of the national "Healthy China 2030" plan, the Group established an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, Hainan Gong Le Xiang Management Co., Ltd. (Hainan Gong Le Xiang), on December 11, 2025. Through Hainan Gong Le Xiang, the Group will jointly invest with an independent third party in China to form a joint venture company, Sanya Le Xiang Gong Da Supply Chain Co., Ltd., aiming to formally develop a health industry supply chain business (the New Business). The New Business will be dedicated to building an integrated operational system covering the entire industrial chain, including product sales, business consulting and supervision, and talent training and education. In the future, the Group plans to deploy the health industry supply chain business by integrating an "online" and "offline" combined hybrid business model, thereby entering the promising big health industry market. The New Business will focus on serving the silver-haired population, providing them with a one-stop health concept and service featuring the "Le Xiang Gong Da" brand characteristics. As of the date of this announcement, the New Business is prepared to commence downstream channel store recruitment and related procurement work. The Board expects that the development of this New Business will create a new revenue stream for the Group and have a positive impact on its long-term development.
