Jardine Matheson Holdings Limited announced that it repurchased 39,200 of its ordinary shares on Aug, 07 2026 at an average price of US$63.5089 per share.

The repurchased shares will be cancelled, leaving the company with 293,828,776 ordinary shares in issue, each carrying one vote. The firm holds no treasury shares.

Jardine Matheson noted that shareholders can use the updated share-count figure as the denominator when assessing disclosure obligations under the Financial Conduct Authority’s Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
