WINE'S LINK (08509) announced that on September 26, 2025, the company's wholly-owned subsidiary, Wine's Link (Wine Industry) Limited (as borrower), and the company (as guarantor) accepted an updated bank financing letter from the lender to update the existing financing arrangements.

The updated financing letter comprises (i) facilities totaling up to HK$83 million and (ii) an overdraft facility of up to HK$3 million. The HK$83 million facilities include (i) an existing term loan and (ii) other trade and loan facilities.

The facilities under the updated financing letter are available for use by Wine's Link (Wine Industry) Limited upon approval by the lender and in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the financing letter, subject to periodic review by the lender and the lender's overriding right to demand repayment upon request.
