Sky Blue 11 Company Limited (Sky Blue 11) confirmed on 25 March 2026 that the English and Chinese versions of its 2025 Second Interim Report are now available on both the company website (www.skyblue11.com) and Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing’s website (www.hkexnews.hk).

Non-registered shareholders are encouraged to access the digital version; however, a printed copy can be obtained free of charge by completing and returning the request form to the Hong Kong branch registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong. Alternatively, requests can be sent by email to 1010-ecom@vistra.com.

Shareholders who hold shares through banks, brokers, custodians or other intermediaries can receive future corporate communications electronically by supplying a valid email address to their respective intermediaries. Until an email address is provided, notices of publication will be dispatched in printed form.
