AOM International Group Company Limited (stock code: 00381) announced that on 21 November 2025, its wholly-owned subsidiary, Kiu Hung (Fujian) Investment Co., Ltd., entered into a Cooperation Framework Agreement with Guangdong Qianjunwanjiang Group Co., Ltd. The collaboration focuses on expanding the wine and spirits business in Mainland China.

According to the announcement, both parties will leverage their respective advantages to develop and market various wine products, including potential health-oriented beverages that integrate medicinal cuisine resources with sauce-flavored base wine. The announced cooperation does not constitute a notifiable transaction under Chapter 14 of the Listing Rules.
