Jiangsu Zenergy Battery Technologies Group Co., Ltd. (ZENERGY) filed its Monthly Return for the period ended 31 March 2026, confirming that both authorised and issued share capital remained unchanged during the month.
ZENERGY’s authorised share capital stood at 2.55 billion shares, comprising 1.49 billion H shares and 1.07 billion unlisted ordinary shares, each with a par value of RMB 1.00. No increase or decrease in authorised capital was recorded.
Issued capital also showed no movement. Listed H shares totalled 1.49 billion, while unlisted ordinary shares remained at 1.07 billion. The company held zero treasury shares, leaving total issued shares flat at 2.55 billion.
