CRRC Corporation Limited has declared a final ordinary dividend of RMB 0.12 per share for the financial year ended 31 December 2025, according to the dividend announcement released on 27 March 2026. The payout remains subject to shareholder approval, with the exact approval and record dates yet to be confirmed.

The dividend will be distributed on 13 August 2026 through the company’s Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited. Details on exchange rates and the default payment currency will be announced closer to the payment date, alongside the ex-dividend and book-closure timetables.

Withholding tax will be applied in line with Chinese tax regulations. Non-resident enterprise shareholders will face a 10% withholding rate. For non-resident individual shareholders, the tax rate varies—10%, 20%, or treaty-specific rates—depending on their country of residence and any applicable bilateral tax agreements. Domestic individual investors receiving H-share dividends via the Shanghai-Hong Kong or Shenzhen-Hong Kong Stock Connect channels will be subject to a 20% withholding rate. Investors in Hong Kong market A-shares will incur a 10% rate.
