The lease term is 30 months from the commencement date, under which the group will lease the property with a floor area of approximately 87,000 square meters.

The property consists of production facilities and ancillary facilities located at Alibaba Medical Health Logistics Park in Tangjiamai Village, Tangqi Town, Linping District, Hangzhou, China.

According to the announcement, the property is located in Hangzhou, one of the core cities for the group's business operations in East China. It has effectively become the group's main warehouse facility for storing pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and various other health-related products, significantly enhancing the group's supply chain capabilities and operational efficiency. The group has also established local business operations and built relationships with local suppliers.
