09/15

Huajin International Holdings Limited released a voluntary announcement on 15 September 2026 detailing two newly identified enforcement proceedings in Mainland China that jointly involve RMB26.37 million in liabilities, excluding interest and ancillary costs.

Case 1 – Sales-contract dispute • Judgment debtor: wholly-owned subsidiary Jiangmen Huajin Metal Product Company Limited • Enforcement amount: RMB6.39 million, including fees • Current status: Enforcement supervision stage; subsidiary has received enforcement documents and a property reporting order. Non-compliance could trigger seizure or freezing of assets, fines or other compulsory measures.

Case 2 – Financial-lease dispute • Judgment debtors: four wholly-owned subsidiaries—Jiangmen Huajin Metal Product Company Limited, Guangdong Huajin Industrial Company Limited, Jiangmen Huamu Metals Company Limited, and Jiangmen Huajin Metal Trading Market Company Limited—together with Chairman Mr. Xu Songqing and Chief Executive Officer Mr. Chen Chunniu as guarantors • Enforcement amount: RMB19.98 million, including fees • Creditor rights: Priority claim over leased assets and mortgaged equipment • Current status: Enforcement supervision stage; all parties have received property reporting orders with potential penalties for non-compliance similar to Case 1.

Corporate response The Group has incorporated these obligations into its overall debt-restructuring framework and is negotiating settlement terms with creditors. Senior management and external legal counsel are overseeing the process; specific negotiation details remain confidential.

Governance and operational impact The Board states that Mr. Xu Songqing and Mr. Chen Chunniu are involved solely in their capacities as guarantors for ordinary commercial transactions, with no evidence of personal misconduct. Operations continue, and the Board’s preliminary view is that the proceedings do not compromise the two executives’ suitability to serve as Directors.

Huajin International will monitor case developments and issue further disclosures in line with Hong Kong Stock Exchange requirements. Shareholders and potential investors are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the company’s securities.
