SUNDART HOLDINGS LIMITED (1568) has announced that any dividend unclaimed for six years from its declaration date may be forfeited and will revert to the company. According to the notification, dividends declared on 28 August 2018 (2018 interim dividend, HK$0.02 per share), 3 June 2019 (2018 final dividend, HK$0.05 per share), and 19 August 2019 (2019 interim dividend, HK$0.025 per share) will be forfeited if they remain unclaimed on 15 December 2025.

Shareholders who have yet to receive or cash these dividends are advised to contact the company’s Hong Kong branch share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, by 4:30 p.m. on Friday, 12 December 2025.
