HSBC (HK:5) Announces Meeting to Consider 2025 Final Results and Fourth Interim Dividend

HSBC Holdings plc (HK:5) has issued a notice that a committee of its Board of Directors will convene on 25 February 2026 to review the company’s final results for the year ended 31 December 2025. The meeting will also consider the payment of a fourth interim dividend for 2025 on the ordinary shares.

Subject to approval at this Board Meeting, the fourth interim dividend would be payable on 30 April 2026 to those recorded as shareholders on 13 March 2026. Details of this proposed dividend will appear in the final results announcement if approved.
