Eastroc Beverage (Group) Co., Ltd. released its cash dividend announcement on 30 March 2026, proposing an ordinary final dividend of RMB 25 per 10 shares—equivalent to RMB 2.50 per share—for the financial year ended 31 December 2025.

The payout is subject to shareholder approval, with the ex-dividend date, record date, book-closure period, HKD equivalent amount and exchange rate yet to be announced. Payment details will be confirmed once the Hong Kong share register timetable is finalised.

According to the disclosed taxation arrangements, a 10% PRC enterprise income tax will be withheld from dividends distributed to non-resident enterprise shareholders whose H shares are registered under entities such as HKSCC Nominees Limited.
