According to reports from September 6, China's Ministry of Finance is set to issue 300 billion yuan in special treasury bonds in the near term, aimed at replenishing the core Tier 1 capital of eight central state-owned financial enterprises.

On the same day, the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, Agricultural Bank of China, Export-Import Bank of China, China Export & Credit Insurance Corporation, People's Insurance Company of China, China Life Insurance Group, China Taiping Insurance Group, and China Reinsurance Group each unveiled their respective capital increase plans.

Industry insiders have noted that this capital injection by the Ministry of Finance represents a proactive and forward-looking measure. It is designed to bolster the high-quality development of these central financial enterprises and support the steady and sustained growth of the broader macroeconomic landscape.
