Kunlun Energy Company Limited has released both the English and Chinese versions of its 2025 Annual Report, circular and Notice of Annual General Meeting (collectively, “Current Corporate Communications”) on the company website (www.kunlun.com.hk) and on the HKEX news portal (www.hkexnews.hk).

Non-registered shareholders are encouraged to access the digital versions; printed copies will be supplied free of charge upon request. To obtain hard copies of the Current Corporate Communications—and all future corporate communications—holders must complete and return the enclosed request form to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, or email 135-ecom@vistra.com.

Shareholders preferring electronic delivery should provide a functional email address to their respective banks, brokers, custodians or other intermediaries. Without a valid email address on record, notification of future online publications will be sent only in printed form.
