ELEGANCE OPTICAL (00907) announced that, regarding the decision by the Listing Division of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the Exchange) to suspend trading of the Company's shares under Rule 6.01(3) of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on the Exchange (the Listing Rules). The suspension was due to the Company's failure to maintain a sufficient level of operations as required under Listing Rule 13.24 to warrant the continued listing of its shares (the Decision). On December 29, 2025, after seeking professional advice, the Company submitted a written request for the Decision to be referred to the Listing Review Committee of the Exchange for a review, pursuant to Listing Rule 2B.08(1) (the Review).
