VSING (8292) Announces Company Name Change and Updated Stock Short Name

VSING Limited, formerly known as WORLDGATE GLOBAL LOGISTICS LTD, announced that a special resolution was passed on 26 September 2025 to change the company’s English name to “VSING Limited” and discontinue its Chinese name “盛良物流有限公司.” Confirmation certificates were issued by the Registrar of Companies in the Cayman Islands on 26 September 2025 and by the Companies Registry in Hong Kong on 15 October 2025.

Following the name change, the stock short name on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange will be changed from “WORLDGATEGLOBAL” to “VSING” in English, effective from 9:00 a.m. on 31 October 2025; there will be no new Chinese stock short name. The company’s stock code remains unchanged at 8292.

Existing share certificates bearing the previous name remain valid for trading, settlement, registration, and delivery purposes. There will be no free exchange of existing certificates, and new certificates issued on or after 24 October 2025 will reflect the new English name. A new company logo will also be adopted from 24 October 2025.
