Prime Intelligence Solutions Group Limited announced the resignation of non-executive director and authorised representative Mr. Yuen Kwok Wai, Tony, effective 15 August 2026. According to the company, Mr. Yuen is leaving to devote more time to his family. He confirmed that he has no disagreements with the board and is unaware of any matters requiring shareholder or Stock Exchange attention. The board expressed its gratitude for Mr. Yuen’s contributions during his tenure.

Concurrently, the board appointed Mr. Wang Yicheng—currently Chairman and Chief Executive Officer—as the new authorised representative under GEM Listing Rule 5.24, with effect from 15 August 2026.

As of the announcement date (16 August 2026), the board comprises four executive directors—Mr. Wang Yicheng, Ms. Yuen Mei Ling, Pauline, Mr. Yang Chuan and Ms. Zhang Yushan—and three independent non-executive directors—Mr. Wong Ching Wan, Ms. Li Dongxian and Ms. He Zhiqi.
