Significant changes to the board and company secretariat roles at IMPERIUM TEC GP (00776) have been announced, effective July 3, 2026.

Mr. Xiao Junjia has tendered his resignation from his position as an executive director.

Mr. Zhao Yi has resigned from his roles as an independent non-executive director, chairman of the board's remuneration committee, and as a member of both the audit committee and the nomination committee.

Mr. Shi Xiaolun has stepped down from his duties as the company secretary, the authorized representative under the listing rules, and the authorized representative under the companies ordinance.

Concurrently, Mr. Ye Jiaqi has been appointed to assume the positions of company secretary, authorized representative under the listing rules, and authorized representative under the companies ordinance.
