According to an announcement dated 2 December 2025, Tongda Hong Tai Holdings Limited (2363) disclosed that its Board now consists of five Directors. Two are Executive Directors, including Chairman Chan Shiu Man and Wang Ming Zhi, while three are Independent Non-Executive Directors, namely Wan, Aaron Chi Keung, Chan Luk On, and Kwok Sau King Tina.

Committee roles were also confirmed. The Audit Committee is chaired by Kwok and includes Wan and Chan Luk On as members.
