Tenfu (Cayman) Holdings Company Limited disclosed on 2 April 2026 that it repurchased 4,000 ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices ranging between HKD 2.86 and HKD 2.90 per share, spending HKD 11,550 in aggregate. All shares are earmarked for cancellation.

Including this transaction, shares bought back but not yet cancelled now total 86,000, equivalent to approximately 0.008 % of Tenfu’s 1.08 billion issued shares outstanding as at 2 April 2026. The issued share capital figure is unchanged from the opening balance reported on 1 April 2026, as none of the repurchased shares had been cancelled by the disclosure date.

The latest purchase forms part of the company’s existing mandate, granted on 9 May 2025, which authorises repurchases of up to 108.38 million shares. To date, Tenfu has bought back 714,000 shares under this authority—about 0.07 % of the share count when the mandate was approved—leaving capacity to repurchase a further 107.66 million shares.

In accordance with Hong Kong listing rules, the company is subject to a 30-day moratorium on issuing new shares or transferring treasury shares, effective until 2 May 2026, following the 2 April transaction.
