Pan Asia Data Holdings Inc. (01561) disclosed its monthly return for equity issuers for October 2025. According to the announcement, the authorized share capital remained unchanged at 10,000,000,000 ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01 each, for a total of HKD 100,000,000.

The total number of issued ordinary shares remained at 1,065,454,100 and there were no treasury shares at the end of the period. Under the existing share option scheme approved on 30 June 2021, there were 16,600,000 outstanding options. The announcement also indicated HKD 46,000,000 in outstanding convertible bonds at a subscription price of HKD 2.4. These convertibles could result in the issuance of up to 19,166,666 ordinary shares if fully converted.
