ZYBANK (01216) has announced that due to work adjustments, Mr. Liu Kai will no longer serve as the bank's president, effective October 17, 2025. On the same date, the board approved the appointment of Mr. Zhou Feng as the new president and recommended his appointment as an executive director of the third board of directors (pending recommendation). Mr. Zhou's appointment as president is subject to approval by the Henan Regulatory Bureau of the National Financial Supervision Administration, and the recommendation requires ratification by shareholders at the bank's general meeting, as well as approval of his qualifications by the Henan Financial Regulatory Bureau.
