IRC Limited released its Annual Report 2025 in both English and Chinese versions. The document is now available on the company’s website (www.ircgroup.com.hk) and on HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk).

Non-registered shareholders who previously opted for printed copies of corporate communications will receive the hard copy by mail.

Shareholders may request printed versions of any corporate communication free of charge at any time by contacting Union Registrars Limited, IRC’s Hong Kong share registrar, at Suites 3301-04, 33/F., Two Chinachem Exchange Square, 338 King’s Road, North Point, Hong Kong, or via email at 1029-corpcomm@unionregistrars.com.hk.

To receive future corporate communications electronically, non-registered shareholders should provide a functional email address to their respective banks, brokers, custodians, nominees, or HKSCC Nominees Limited. Until a valid email address is supplied through these intermediaries, email notifications will not be sent.
