Heng Tai Consumables Group announced on 30 March 2026 that the English and Chinese versions of its 2025/26 Interim Report are now available on both the company’s website (www.hengtai.com.hk) and Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing’s website (www.hkexnews.hk).

Non-registered shareholders may request printed copies at any time by writing to the Hong Kong Branch Share Registrar, Union Registrars Limited, at Suites 3301-04, 33/F, Two Chinachem Exchange Square, 338 King’s Road, North Point, Hong Kong, or by emailing 197-corpcomm@unionregistrars.com.hk. Printed copies will be provided free of charge.

For shareholders who have previously requested hard copies, the arrangement remains valid for one year from the registrar’s receipt of the original request unless revoked or superseded. A new written request is required to continue receiving printed communications beyond the one-year period.
