Jiangsu Ankura Intelligent Electric Co., Ltd. (300617.SZ) has announced the signing of a cooperation agreement with Suzhou Starfall Power Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Starfall Power") for the commissioned research and development of a solid-state transformer (SST). The company will provide RMB 30 million in R&D funding for a cooperation period of 36 months.

Suzhou Starfall Power Technology Co., Ltd. is a high-tech enterprise specializing in FPGA (Field-Programmable Gate Array) chip primitive-level algorithms and third-generation semiconductor power electronics technology. It is dedicated to providing high-performance, high-reliability, and cost-effective energy and computing solutions for critical fields such as AI computing centers, new energy vehicle supercharging, new energy power electronics, and aerospace communications.

The commissioned R&D of the SST and its subsequent potential industrialization will complete a "critical component" within the company's overall AIDC power supply system, creating a synergistic effect through the combination of "smart modular substations + GIL + SST." This is expected to facilitate the company's future business expansion in the AIDC field.
